Sunday Kundalini Yoga — Into the Quiet Light: Strength and Softening 🕯 Sunday, 19 October | 11:30–12:30 | In-person As autumn quiets the world around us, this practice invites us to do the same — to pause, breathe, and realign. We’ll move through grounding and opening kriyas, gentle pranayama, and meditation to balance strength and softness, motion and stillness. The class supports the body and nervous system while opening space in the shoulders, spine, and hips. It’s a moment to release, to feel centered, and to reconnect with the quiet light within. 🧣 Please bring warm clothes and a blanket for deep relaxation. Avoid heavy meals 1–2 hours before class.
