I'm very glad you are interested in to practice yoga with us!
 

Our classes are held ONLINE live via zoom, special live classes and workshops will be announced with time, on the main page.

You can register to any of them, anytime until the class start.

In the calendar open any of the classes, a click on - check the event-  button, it will bring you to the description of the class, time and date.
Click on Register button, after register, you will automatically receive an email back with the link to access the zoom private meeting.

The Zoom meeting start 4 minutes before the class.

You can register to any of the classes of the month directly in Yoga Classes

There, you will find the calendar of the actual month where you can see which class and day you'd like to attend.

There are classes of:

60 Minutes

Monday Morning 07:30-08:30

Tuesday Evening 18:00-19:00

Wednesday 08:30-09:30

Saturday     09:00-10:00

75 Minutes

Sundays 10:00-11:15

​
