Sat Nam, dear Yogis!

I will be traveling from Sunday, July 28th, until Monday, August 5th, to teach at two yoga festivals for our partner communities in Ukraine. Therefore, all classes from July 28th to August 5th will be recorded sessions in tune with our weekly schedule.

These fresh recorded classes will align with our summer theme of Strength and Flexibility, continuing the deep work we've been doing throughout July. 

Enjoy your practice, and feel free to use the recordings at any time.

60 minutes Asana, Pranayama, Bhanda, Mudra ,Meditation and restorative Relaxation to start the week and the day vital, vigorous and centered.
